Brunch at Real Milk and Honey | College Park, GA
4/29 Update: I brunched at the Real Milk and Honey in preparation for the grand opening of their newest location. I visited previously in March but the vibe and food as so on point I had to visit again. This time I tried a completely different combination of dishes and cocktails. Once again, when you hear people talk about "Atlanta Brunch" The Real Milk and Honey is the type of spot that comes to the top of their minds. There was not an empty seat in the house. This is one restaurant you have to arrive at early or you...
Fat Tuesday at Bayou 'Q
I found the FOOD 🦞 y'all! In the South, we have two major types of cookouts: crawfish boils and barbecues ♨️. I discovered where I can get both: at @bayouqroswell. I spent my Fat Tuesday at Bayou Q at their Mardi Gras 🎭event eating SIX, steaming hot pounds of my favorite food in the whole wide world: CRAWFISH and listening to live music 🎶 ! The decorations were so on point. I loved the alligator 🐊 that greets you at the door holding a sign that says "Bayou" They have AUTHENTIC Louisiana/Creole food AND BBQ. I felt like I was...

Urban Tree Cidery: Tour + Tasting
My Friday was spent at @urbantreecider Atlanta's FIRST farm-to-table cider experience 🍎 🍺 . I loved the farm-inspired, industrial space at the Howell Mill Rd location. I learned that they are very active in the community and have partnerships with local organizations like Atlanta United ⚽️ and Atlanta Beer Bus 🚌 . I was taken on a tour where I saw the ins and out of the in-house operation and shown exactly how their delicious cider is made: First, their apples 🍏 are handpicked and pressed from a family orchard in the Blue Ridge Divide that carries a legacy of over 100...
