Owner Spotlight: Did you know that Grep Lipman, Piastra's Owner and Executive Chef, sailed more than a third of the world in a tiny yacht with a French chef? Yes, he is no stranger to working in the restaurant industry. Prior to his worldwide adventure, Greg completed training at New England Culinary Institute and worked at several restaurants including some in Boston Massachusetts and Glen Hotel in Downtown Atlanta. I enjoyed dinner at 26 Thai's newest location in Brookhaven, GA -the ONLY location that serves sushi! I would like to thank manager Kal for hosting and providing with an ultimate Five Star experience. Bryan, our server was very energetic, courteous, and attentive to detail.
