Ingredients:
- Sockeye or Atlantic Salmon Filets (cut into quarters)
- Del Monte Spinach (can or frozen/thawed)
- Cream Cheese
- Lemon Juice
Seasoning Cabinet: Salt, Pepper, & Parsley!

Steps:
- Season salmon filetsĀ (flesh up) with salt, pepper, and splash of lemon juiceĀ
- In a small bowl mix equal parts spinach and cream cheese
- Place spinach/cream cheese mixture by the spoonfuls on top ofĀ salmon filets (flesh up)
- Preheat Air Fryer at 350 degrees. Cook for 7 minutesĀ
