Owner SpotlightDid you know that Grep Lipman, Piastra's Owner and Executive Chef, sailed more than a third of the world in a tiny yacht with a French chef? Yes, he is no stranger to working in the restaurant industry. Prior to his worldwide adventure, Greg completed training at New England Culinary Institute and worked at several restaurants including some in Boston Massachusetts and Glen Hotel in Downtown Atlanta. But first, his grandmother instilled in him a "Food is Love" mentality with her chocolate chip cookie recipe - which he is still fine-tuning today.
