Banana Nut Bread

yummm!

 

I thought I messed this one up but the trick is to continue to bake on low until it starts to form a bread consistency. Also add enough flour to your batter before baking so bread won't be oily. 

Ingredients 

Bowl 1

Mashed bananas 

2 Eggs

Canola oil

Honey

 

Bowl 2

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Flour

Sugar

Baking soda/baking powder with a lemon juice 

Pinch Salt

Vanilla pudding

 

Combine two bowls

Pour into greased bread pan

325 degrees one hour
