Food Terminal: Asian, Malaysian Fusion

Food Terminal is serving up Asian Fusion dishes in West Midtown Atlanta on Marietta Street. The path started with a vision by Amy at just fifteen years old selling noodles from a Malaysian kiosk. They are all about the fusion of Asian and Malaysian flavors and are located in a hip space with cool, industrial vibes. You will find a wide range of Asian street eats inspired by Malaysian dishes. I was very impressed by the full-color, magazine-style menu that showed exactly how each dish will be presented. It made ordering very efficient as there are a number of delicious dishes to choose from. Want to know what I tried at Food Terminal?

First I tried Grandma wonton bbq pork-tossed noodle. Featuring grandma's secret bbq pork recipe, this popular Cantonese tossed noodle is served with Food Terminal's signature thin noodle, fried wanton, bok choy, bean sprout, spring onion, fried egg and fried shallots. The sauce is super delicious and the portion size is large enough to share or have leftovers.

Next I went with ps02 Honey butter shrimp. This dish contained shrimp, seasoning powder, egg white, salt & pepper, bell pepper, and honey butter sauce. I was impressed that this dish contained a dozen yummy shrimp.

Last was the sp05 Honey butter wings. This appetizer was six pieces of fried chicken wings served with honey butter dressing. These wings had a light, delicious coating and were seasoned very well.
