Silla Del Toro is serving up traditional Spanish tapas and craft cocktails in Marietta Square in a chic yet swanky atmosphere. They have a range of small plates so there is sure to be a taste for every palate. If you are a wine lover Silla Del Toro has an extensive list of over forty Spanish wines. They also have sangria and cocktails that are perfect for pairing. I loved the large, floor-to-wall mural of the bull as you walk to your seat. If you are looking for a cozy, date night restaurant or an elevated night with friends over shareable, small plates check them out asap. What I tried at Silla Del Toro :
✨First I tried the Paella which contained saffron rice, chorizo, chicken, and shrimp. This dish is served Friday through Saturday only.
✨ Next was Pinchos which are marinated skirt steak served with Catalan salsa verde and romesco sauce
✨ Then, I went with the Spanish Style mac and cheese dripping with chorizo, manchego cheese, truffle and bread crumb topping.
✨ Afterwards I tried the Gambas al ajillo which were shrimp sauteed in garlic, sherry, and parsley.
✨ Last was patatas bravas, fried seasoned potatoes with salsa brava ketchup and piquillo aio.
I would definitely visit again and try the meat and cheese boards!
Be on the lookout for the following features at Silla Del Toro. This restaurant has won "most unique" for its manchego stuffed dates wrapped with bacon at the Taste of Marietta.
Silla del Toro was also spotlighted in AJC News as "Featured Dish of the Week" for their Croquettes Jamon which has serrano ham, manchego cheese, and piquillo aioli.
You can also check them out for Brunch Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm.
