Terms of Service
No refunds. Store Credit only. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for store credit.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only issue store credit for items that are defective or damaged. You must send a photo of the item to email@example.com with subject "Store Credit Request".
Once you have received a store credit approval email please send your item to Serving Looks ATL 1700 Northside Dr. Ste A7, Unit 5354 Atlanta, GA 30318.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
