"AROUND THE HOLIDAY TABLE: A SOUTHERN SOIREE" at Epicurean Atlanta.  Curated and presented by renowned chef Jennifer Hill Booker who has a penchant for blending classic Southern cooking with traditional French methods and ingredients.   Our class was inspired to bring these ideas to our own holiday table. Living in Atlanta by way of Baton Rouge, Louisiana I truly appreciate when I find authentic Creole and Cajun food. Louisiana Bistreaux in Buckhead, Atlanta definitely understood the assignment! My experience was wonderful - Our server had oysters and hurricanes (cocktails) ready to go upon arrival. The staff was very attentive and gave good recommendations.
