I mixed up a cozy holiday pairing today using Renegade Lemonade and it turned into the brightest, easiest flavor moment. Renegade Hard Arnold Palmer
Ingredients:
• 3 ounces Renegade Lemonade
• 4 ounces iced tea (sweet or unsweet)
• Lemon wedge

Instructions:
• Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.
• Shake until chilled.
• Pour into a glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Zesty Renegade Salmon
Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets, 5 to 6 ounces each, skin on
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 cup @renegadelemonadewine or @renegadebold 
• 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:
• Heat a frying pan over high and add a splash of canola oil.
• Pat salmon dry, season with salt, and cook skin side down 3 to 4 minutes.
• Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes on the flesh side, then remove.
• Melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
• Stir in Renegade Lemonade and lemon juice, simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
• Add parsley, season to taste, and baste salmon in the sauce.
• Serve with lemon wedges.
