Lamb Jam: Nationwide Celebration of American Lamb and Talented Chefs Heads to Atlanta.
The 2025 Lamb Jam is bringing the bold, distinctive flavors of American lamb to cities across the country, including Atlanta, Austin, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, and Boston. Atlanta’s event will showcase the culinary creativity of top local chefs, with participating restaurants offering one-of-a-kind lamb dishes that highlight the versatility of American lamb. Atlanta’s celebrated chefs include Jay Felton from Miller Union with his Lamb Rillette featuring date-satsuma marmalade, Demetrius Brown from Bread & Butterfly with his Grilled Lamb Belly Tasso, Gustavo Hernandez from Eclipse di Luna with his American Lamb Sliders, Cam Floyd from Superica offering Smoked + Braised Lamb Corn Cakes, Malik Rhasaan from Che Butter Jonez with The Morocco Mole, Brandon Chavannes from Ecco with his Lamb Carpaccio, Darragh Dudley from ELA with Lamb Belly, and Tony Dubose from Bold Monk Brewing Co. with his Lamb Burger Slider. On March 26, the Lamb Jam Happy Hour Tour will take place at The Trolley Barn, where attendees can taste these delicious creations, vote for their favorites, and meet the chefs behind the dishes. A portion of the event’s proceeds will support World Central Kitchen, continuing the city’s tradition of combining local flavor with global food relief efforts.
