🎃👻 I’m so excited to stir up some spooky fun this Halloween with Sfoglini Radiators pasta! 🍝✨ I can’t wait to share my "Spooky Spaghetti" recipe, featuring their high-quality, organic pasta that’s perfect for conjuring up delicious flavors. #NationalPastaDay

This Halloween, I’m elevating my feast with a dish that's not just tasty but also a little eerie! Check out my recipe below, and if you give it a try, be sure to tag me! Tagging @apogeeagency for all the spooky fun!

👉 Spooky Spaghetti Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 box Sfoglini Radiators

2 tbsp olive oil

Pre-packaged meatballs (for extra spookiness!)

Your favorite canned spaghetti sauce

1 cup black olives, sliced (for a spooky touch!)

Your favorite combo of spices (mine? Italian, Cajun seasoning, and paprika!)

Slices of mozzarella cheese for “eyeballs”

Shredded cheese for sprinkling

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions:

Instructions:

  1. I cook the Sfoglini Radiators according to the package instructions until they’re al dente, then drain and set them aside.

  2. In a large skillet, I heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the pre-packaged meatballs until they’re cooked through.

  3. I remove the meatballs from the pan and add my favorite canned spaghetti sauce along with my go-to spices (Italian, Cajun seasoning, and paprika). I stir and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  4. Next, I toss the cooked pasta and meatballs back into the sauce to coat everything evenly.

  5. To create spooky “eyeballs,” I place slices of mozzarella cheese in the pan and top each slice with a sliced olive to form the eyeball effect. I sprinkle with shredded cheese, cover with a lid, and let all that cheese melt.

  6. Finally, I garnish with fresh cilantro and serve!
