With 6 heat levels, there is a spice level for everyone ranging from "Southern" to the hottest "Shut the Cluck Up". I also tried the Hot Chicken Sandwich that is served grilled or fried and comes with a side. I really loved the Dirty Bird Fries that came with crinkle-cut fries, pimento mac & cheese, dark meat tender bites, and comeback sauce. You have to try the homemade sides. My favorites were the pimento mac and cheese and the southern greens. To top it all off you must have a sweet ending with dessert and the peach cobbler is irresistible! What heat level would you try?
