Sock it To Me Stuffed Sockeye Salmon (Air Fryer)

Ingredients:

  • Sockeye or Atlantic Salmon Filets (cut into quarters)
  • Del Monte Spinach (can or frozen/thawed)
  • Cream Cheese
  • Lemon Juice

Seasoning Cabinet: Salt, Pepper, & Parsley

Steps:

  1. Season salmon filetsĀ  (flesh up) with salt, pepper, and splash of lemon juiceĀ 
  2. In a small bowl mix equal parts spinach and cream cheese
  3. Place spinach/cream cheese mixture by the spoonfuls on top ofĀ salmon filets (flesh up)
  4. Preheat Air Fryer at 350 degrees. Cook for 7 minutesĀ
